My pedals are not adjusting properly on my 07, they only move about 1/2" or so. I took the cover off the brake pedal gear thinking I could just purchase one of Curless' brass gears to fix, however the plastic gear is not cracked.

I can also see that the brake pedal is moved by the cable that attaches to the gas pedal, and when I push the button to go up or down with the cable disengaged from the brake pedal gear, the gas pedal still does not move more than about 1/2".

So I think my problem is with the gas pedal not moving fully, and not the brake pedal broken gear issue.

I can see that there is a motor of some sort on the back of the gas pedal with what looks like a screw drive shaft. Does that motor come separately, or is it all one assembly?

 

Do you still make the metal gears for a 2007 Lincoln navigator adjustable foot pedals

 

As of 3 years ago he did not have any of the gears, and I doubt they have made any more
