4.9 slow crank lost help asap

have a 96 4.9 4x4 that is slow cranking n will not start symptoms of a weak battery so far I've replaced battery ,all grounds ,power wires to starter ,all leads are getting 12.58 volts. New solenoid ,new starter, new coil ,spins freely with plugs out ,when putting them back in I get a slow crankthing again I can turn the motor over by hand fine

Not really sure what you're asking either. Have you replaced the starter itself?

You need a good solid ground from the battery negative to the block which I believe is a spade type terminal on a 6 cylinder. Make sure that connection is good.
