slow cranky start
most of the time when I go to start my 93 f-150 (351) it takes a little bit of cranking to start..once in a great while it will fire up like it is a new truck.how can I fix this so it will always fire up like new??

Do you mean the starter motor turns the engine too slow for it to start well? If so, check battery and ground cables, probably need to be replaced. What happens is the wires get corroded over time and can't deliver the right voltage to the starter, so it turns slower and doesn't have the power it once had.

still not turning over
just when I had written about my 93 f-150 not turning over good enough and MustangGT221had told me to check the starter and wires from battery,the starter went out that morning.I have now replaced the battery and the starter and though it cranks real fast and hard,there is still a fire problem.It's almost as there is a spark or fuel problem.would new plugs and cap do any good?It always fires up it just takes a little extra cranking most of the time...Thanks for the help
