Cant get my cargo light to work ??help

How do I turn this thing on ?
Just picked up an 08 and the cargo light wont go on

It should come on when you open the door or turn the dome light on with the dimmer switch. Check to see if bulbs are blown or fuse is blown also check to see if third brake light works.
