There's no way anyone here can guess whether it's the HPOP or IPR (or something else). With a CE light, you NEED to obtain the code(s).

You could get torque pro and a bluetooth OBD2 dongle, but you will also need an android device (phone, tablet). I have Automotive Enginuity and love it but it was pretty expensive

Yeah, you need the codes.
You can also pull the oil pressure switch to look at the hpop reservoir oil level.

possibility is that your dipstick is incorrect making your oil level too low

or you have a crack in the oil pickup tube

to test have front end lower by a foot or more and see if it will start up or get an oil pressure gauge and screw into HPOP res and test it while cranking.

Here is the link to my recent low oil pressure issue:

This shows how far off base you can get without a means to scan it and see what is really happening

Alright so I have a reader I went to read the codes but it just said can read codes no communication but there are 124 codes. So I thought it might be my code reader so I took it to a shop and I had the engine running and when we plug it in the engine kinda studered the. We press read codes and the engine died and shut off still I have 124 unreadable code. Could this be PCM

It's not the PCM. In both cases, it's the device. A generic OBD-II device won't communicate with our trucks, at least not to obtain diagnostic codes. A typical indicator of a device that doesn't "know" the OBS PSD's not-really-OBD-II protocol is that it kills the engine when you try to obtain codes. Get to a shop that you know has worked on our generation of truck. Other option is one of the DIY options for reading codes (AutoEnginuity, AeroForce, etc); there are tons of threads on the topic.

At this point, you'd be better off going to Ford to have the codes read.
