If memory serves I think 02-03 have a VSM not a GEM and it's under the middle of the dash. Sorry I can't help more than that but it may help when doing internet searches.

Open your glove box and then you can squeeze the sides of the glove box in and it will pivot down and the GEM (General Electric module) will be behind it. The VSM (vehicle security module) is mounted up under the dash close to the floor right in the middle and is not very fun to access.
There are NO Ford part numbers marked on any parts after 1956, only casting or ID engineering numbers (when applicable).
So the number y'all will find in this case will be the ID Engineering number that someone with a Ford parts catalog can cross to an actual Ford part number.

Whether or not it is a true Ford part number it will achieve the results the OP is wanting, it will be able to be cross referenced to a good part number through Ford. It would have saved me about $500 from our local dealership as they replaced the GEM when I asked for a VSM to be replaced/programmed if I would have given them the number on the module I knew I needed I would still have that money in my pocket. The second dealership I went to I had to give them the number off of the VSM so they didn't order a GEM as well, they had no problem pulling up the correct part with the number that was on it.
You may be able to see the VSM number with an extendable mirror from the drivers side laying down by the pedals and looking towards the center of the rig above the transmission hump.

This is exactly what I said, one needs a parts catalog to cross reference the ID number to a part number. I can do this thru 2001, otherwise y'all will have to go to a dealer.
