There are several nuts under the dash that must be removed. I can't recall how many just now, but they will be 4-5 along the cowl and like number along the front edge of the dash. I like to pull the glovebox liner and the gauge cluster to make the task easier. It's next to impossible to find them all comfortably by reaching up from the bottom. I hope this helps.
