I checked the 2 relays in eng compartment, they click. I unplugged the wiper motor plug, with the key on, the #1 contact 0v, the 2nd contact hot with key on and no change when I move spd control, 3rd contact 0v, 4th contact 0v, 5th contact hot only on spd control on hi. NEED HELP

Check the Interior fuse box and GEM for corrosion on their connections from windshield leaks. Also, check that the grounds (kick panel) are nice and shiny. If both are good, your switch is suspect.
