Question Vent window frame for an 81 F100 question

You guys were a lot of help with my question on the 300 six motor plate and showed I should not assume anything.

I will need a left side vent window frame. The part held to the door with 2 Phillip up screws at the top front and 1 bolt behind the door panel.

Question is of the years I would be looking for to use on my 81 F100 project? Would it be 80-86 or other years that could also be used?

While on the vent window question, the bottom pivot on both of mine are frozen and looks like it broke the rivets off. I have not looked too close but it looks like if I could get it to free up I could maybe use new rivets or tack weld it to hold it in place.
If this isnot so then I would need both side vent frames and the replacements would need to be free to pivot.

Oh I know I can buy new but at $170 ea new is not going to happen anytime soon.
Thanks
Dave ----

The catalog shows the same vent window used 1980-89 for the F-series and Broncos. And, the "89" is just because that's as far as the catalog goes. IOW, I don't know about into the 90's.

On the pivot, I would think tack welding it would work. But I haven't looked - although I will later.

Thanks guys maybe tomorrow I will look into freeing up the other side to see where it goes if I can work with it or need another. Heck I need 1 why not both right?

Gary, did not know 21408 was not part of the bar 22296. You can get the vent frame & bar or just the bar but not just the vent frame if I read it right.

80ford, thanks for the offer sorry to say I am not close, I am near Raleigh, NC.
For a little coin would you maybe ship to 27501?
If not I do under stand

It will have to be salvage as the parts truck was less motor, doors & tail gate.
Then again if it had doors don't know if they would be any good?

When the banker (wife) says we have a few bucks to spend on the project (unless a too good of a deal comes by) buying parts is on hold.
Did I tell you it needs a lot of parts?
