Sync, Nav, Sirius reboot? ( gremlins)
Sirius not working can't get Sirius manually or with voice activation, the computer just resets to last FM station played. Bluetooth for iPhone to play personal music works and places calls, receives calls basically everything works except Sirius. I placed a call to Sirius and they have resent signal to truck and tried to reset but nothing is working to get Sirius working.
Is there a way to reboot the computer without going to dealer? Or if you have any suggestions please enlighten me.

So I called Sync to see if they could help, they had me do a master reset back to factory settings. This did not help they began looking up info at Sirius to help and told me the procedures that Sirius had already tried. When I told him again those were tried he went on to say that there could be a problem with the antenna. He ( Sync guy) decided that it probably is not the issue because the antenna is working for AM/FM. He thinks it might be a hardware issue but when I asked if I should take it to the dealer to resolve he said "no I don't think they would be able to resolve it either".
WTH am I to do each blaming the other and no one to turn to. I am taking it to the dealer they sold it to me with 36mo/ bumper to bumper plus I purchased a separate Premium Care 7/125k warranty. Someone some how has to fix it right?

I can move it, but I'm telling you, you have a hardware issue.
Bring it to the dealer. I'm not sure if the sat receiver is a separate module or not, but there's definitely something wrong with it.
The dealer tech should be able to hook up to the vehicle, and diagnose it.
If you really want to reboot everything, disconnect the battery for an hour, and reconnect.
Report back, I'd like to know if that fixes it.
