This weekend my 6 month free trial subscription ran out. So on Sunday I called Sirius and re-subscribed. They sent a signal to my radio several times and it will not update the subscription information. The radio says it is unsubscribed but when you push the button for subscription information it says that I am subscribed but I cannot tune to any channel. Anyone else have this issue?? Sirius says I have to go to the dealer but I am not sure how they can help me. I have Sync 3 in my '16 Lariat.
I didn't have that problem, but my '15 Sync 2 did take two tries before the subscription "took". However, in this case they sent me a text message and had me press a button in it. Interesting how different the process can be.

The dealer can update the software in the system, have Sirius resend the signal, hook a diagnostic computer and check all the connections, and if it still doesn't work, replace it. After all, if it doesn't work, it should be under warranty.
I got it to work, took the battery cable off and the reset fixed it. Sirius must have sent the refresh signal about a dozen times and none of them worked. The radio actually said I was subscribed, I just could not hear any audio or change the channel.
