That last eBay item looks about right, BUT -- zoom in on the pics of the bottom. It's been brazed all over the place. That's likely because water collected in it and rusted holes in it. That may not be a concern if you are going to convert it to a dry element.

Nice.

Just one more thing, your air cleaner is on sideways. The little piece of sheet metal that sticks up is an air dam of sorts and should face front. The clamp faces the driver's side fender. The odd threaded hole that is currently facing front is for a support bracket that everyone takes off and loses.
