Didn't know there was one!
My '84 351W HO doesn't get driven much. Went to get some plants for my wife at the local nursery..and noticed the truck would not idle down..at all..I finally called a FORD buddy..and he said "fuse in electric choke".As it turned out..he was right..but we never could find a reason for it to have blown..Any thoughts ??..thanks..JV..(Later Holley carb.)

Jerry - Page 53, the second page, from the '86 EVTM shows the wiring for the HO's choke: Carburetor Circuits - Gary's Garagemahal. The choke relay itself is powered from a fuse link, not a fuse, so that apparently wasn't the problem. However, a whole bunch of stuff that might prevent the choke from coming on is powered by Fuse 18. Is that the one you replaced? If so, check out the wiring to all those other things.

I'm not sure the benefits of a throttle body injection system are worth the expense. Such a system keeps the average fuel/air ratio where it should be, but the ratio for each individual cylinder is still very much dependent on the intake manifold's design. So, unless your carb isn't operating correctly the throttle body system is just a little better than a carb. However, it is more consistent.
But a multi-port injection system is a different animal. It keeps each cylinder right where it should be at all times, which increases power as well as fuel economy. If I were going to change to EFI it would be a multi-port system with sequential injection.
Having said that, why are you thinking of changing? Perhaps I missed something.

I know lots of people like the TBI setups because they are bullet proof and give no trouble.
We've installed a few kits by Howell in place of carbs but the only thing I didn't like doing but I had no say in the matter was keeping the Performer RPM Air Gap manifold vs swaping over to a GM style TBI manifold on the Blazer and the 69 RS Camaro.
