HI I have a 04 lariat 5.4 with 130,000miles and I have a whistle/whine at idle in park/neutral one I put the truck into drive the whistle/whine gets more minor and cannot here it will accelerating or over 800-1000rpm.. I have done recent work such as, new belt, cam phasers, spark plugs, alternator, drive/idler pulley, power steering pump... it almost sounds like it's coming on mid/passenger side and I can hear it through the tail pipe at idle. It doesn't sound like my tensioner pulley and truck didn't show any codes last time at mechanic. Is it possible its my cooling fan? Any other suggestions I'm no mechanic by any means but would like this resolved it's driving me crazy thanks guys

Also when truck is in park I get a minor vibration/shake in the cab but once I put it into gear it goes away

And when I turn my wheel left or right in park I can hear the whistle excel a bit and once I stop turning wheel the sound goes back to low pitched howl as usual
