04 explorer engine whine
04 explorer v8 has whine commen from front of engine sounds like super charger whine can hear truck 2 blocks away changed idler pulleys any idea tensioner pulley or alternator ?

Does the sound change with engine speed? If you shift to neutral and slowly rev the engine is the sound still present? Is the sound only noticeable when accelerating, or also at idle? Does the sound get louder when you turn the steering wheel?
