Here's one I haven't seen on here.... I am using the edge CTS to monitor the systems. If my truck starts to regen at an inappropriate time ( like pulling into the driveway or into work) and I shut it down, I have noticed that the numbers on the CTS start counting down when I take off later in the day. The numbers will go down to about .85 then start going back up like it had done a complete regen. It only takes about 100 miles and will do a complete regen after this happens.
Any thoughts on this?
On your shut down let it idle a few minutes. One to get the fuel out of the motor and secondly to max the heat in the dpf so the next regen is farther apart.
