Those are the Optional Outboard Double-faced Front Turn Signals.
Available on All 1964/72 (Except L-LN-LNT-LT-LTS500/900)
And probably older, too, but I'm not going to look right now.
Illustration 130 Top of Page 6.
Assembly part number
C1TZ-13368-H - Several available NOS
However, the small bracket shaped to the fender might be a tough find unless you came across a truck with them. I have seen these on actual trucks at the junkyard before.

Ford Pure White
I recently repainted my 65 F100 Standard Cab. The wheels, grill, front bumper, and Standard instrument cluster were Ford Pure White, Marin Seanour code 1494 . I repainted them all Wimbledon White, Napa code 53A-1528.
The Wimbledon White looks much warmer and contrasts nicely with the 1940 Ford Yosemite Green I decided to paint the rest of the truck....

I have done extensive research on this subject and I agree with TripleFrame and others that Wimbledon White is the correct color for 1965/1966 F100 standard cab bumpers, grille, wheels and hubcaps (and likely standard cab instrument cluster). Pictured below is an c.1965 original rim and c.1965 NOS hubcap. Both are Wimbledon White. I was originally convinced these were slightly different colors, but after cleaning the rim with Penetrol solvent, the colors are identical. (My 1965 F100 Standard Cab rims and hubcaps are currently being powder coated. Powder Coat RAL 9010 color code is spot on match for Wimbledon White.)
