Coolant leak on drivers side rear of the motor

My brothers truck which is an 05 F250 with head studs just started leaking coolant on the drivers side rear of the motor.. It is dripping from up by the exhaust manifold, from what I can tell it just started leaking coolant while it was sitting their sometime today and it hasn't even been started today so the cooling system was under minimal pressure. You can sit and watch it drip every minute or two.

It isn't coming off of the degas bottle anywhere and it also isn't the heater hose that runs by the FICM.

I think it is coming from hose that goes from the oil cooler to the egr cooler, it is pretty greasy in the valley but I can definitely see it is a little shiny and wet in there. I read it usually would leak on the passenger side but the truck is lifted and is leveled, the truck was also parked so that the driver side was slightly lower than the passemger side so I think that could make it leak on the driver side.

Anywhere else we should check before tearing it apart to get to that hose?

I "think" that DieselTechRon on Youtube has a easy fix.

Give this a try before you pull it all apart.

Thanks for the link! I would have almost certainly done way more work than I needed to!
