My 98 F-150 2wd Automatic 188,000 Mile Truck has developed a coolant odor in the cab. The A/C vents blow a bit of fog now too. I assume the heater core is leaking but the coolant is not going down and there are no puddles under the truck. I need a verdict.
Any help will be appreciated

 

Thats most likely it, eventually it will get worse and start leaking fluid onto the floor.

 

I kinda figure that too. But how do you get to it. I do all my own work, Always have. I tried to get to the A/C coil once. I had most all of the dash out and still could not get all the way in there. What's the secret.
