Throttle cable binding/custom bracket

I have a slight binding and its annoying. I need to see you guy's efforts and how yours is ran. I have a 1985. 300 with a "Holley" 600
Trucks at a shop right now so I can't take pictures of mine

I had this issue and it was due to the fact that the stock setup comes in at an angle, so it needs to curve so that it can go straight and connect with the gas pedal. I had to use angled washers/shims on mine to make the cable go into the cab straight.
