95 crew cab rear lock actuator dead

Just picked up a 1995 f350 4 door with a 460. And the LR door lock actuator don't work and was stuck up so I couldn't lock the door.
So I tested the wires and it gets power when I hit the lock or unlock.
So for now I disconnected the rod so I can lock the truck.
Ford and Oriley both want almost $300!
Where can I get a cheap replacement or universal one?
No salvage yards in my area have one.
Or another option is how many of you ace tore them apart and repaired?
Also does this year truck require 2 keys? One ignition and other doors?
I had to get door locks from j yard.
Thanks everyone!

I recall seeing a thread on here before where someone used a much cheaper actuator off a different Ford vehicle without much problem. I'll try to find the thread later when I have more time.

Cool thanks!
So drill out that giant rivit and bolt this one in? Or what's the best way to get the old one out?

Sweet! This helped a lot!
I'm going to get one from eBay for the 1991 country squire and just change out the rods since it has worked for a few people since it's exactly the same thing and only $29! Plus go get a 1/4" rivit gun from harbor freight.
