Backup alarm

Is there a good place to connect a backup alarm, on a '99 F-250, long bed?

What backup alarm is good?

I used the light bulb style in my other trucks but they really seem to be inferior, in performance.

Center wire on trailer plug is backup light. Check for power some older trucks had to have a relay in the box under hood.
