I've been a Plumbing Contractor for 35 years and a Plumber for 10 years before that. My trucks often had back up alarms for loud job sites. My King Ranch is far from a work truck but I miss not having a back up alarm. I contacted Banner Ford and ordered a VHC3Z-14N137-A back up alarm. My other alarms have always connected to a reverse tail light but the picture show a long cable so I am wondering if it is connected off of the transmission. Has anyone ever added the OEM back up alarm and where does it Install?
