Clifford Alarm

I was wondering if someone in this audio forum has installed an expensive alarm themself and actually got the parking lights to flahs when arming or disarming the alarm? I know I am splicing into the right wire but the alarm will not flash them when arming or disarming it's kinda making me a little hostile.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated

You sure you have the positive and not the negative wire you're hooked up to? There may be a setting on the alarm itself to disable the light flashing too.
