Hutch and harpoon mod is the call. Air in fuel should be prevented, not removed. FRx and regulated returns don't protect the fuel system from...
FRx can only remove air from the fuel rails after the air has had a shot at your injectors - but it's still good to eliminate deadhead.
- pump cavitation
- reduced pumping efficiency
- diminished fuel delivery or total loss thereof

Good article, "Hutch & Harpoon" mod;
Welcome to guzzle's In-tank Hutch Mod Web Page
I have had to pull and disassemble my pick-up assembly four (4) times to clean my bronze 410 screens. Fortunately, the service bed on my 550 is high enough so that I can crawl under my truck and access the Fuel Pick-up hatch by leaning front to rear, over my rear axle.
Of course, "Murphy" always requires this service interruption at the least convenient occasion.
I am going to add this Mod to my list.
Thanks "guzzle" !

Truck is gonna be loud but when I hear something that sounds like a mechanical issue. I get worried. but most of the time it's just cackle... if I'm not mistaken "cackle" is air being forced in the injector and makes that noise. But before I start doing fuel mods. I'm just gonna pull my valve cover off and see if my #8 injector is working properly and to alsoffers see if it is a long lead injector. The long lead injector was made by ford to cure cackle.
