Damaged crank? Repair sleeve?

Hey everyone this is my first post here. I've been viewing this site quite a bit for info as I'm rebuilding a 3 valve 5.4 for my F350.

Anyway I nicked the rear seal surface of the crank getting the seal off like an *******. I took some 1200-2000 grit with oil to it to smooth it down a bit but can still feel it with finger nail. Will this be a problem on my seal? Should I sleeve it? It's small and hard to see but it's there

If its not where the new seal will run, it shouldn't hurt anything, but a sleeve is cheap and easy to put on.
