Does anyone live near the 23605 area code that could look at my truck and either ease my mind or let me know I'm screwed. I've been round and round with ford dealer and dealer who sold me the truck. Now there is a knocking noise but it's hard to hear with how loud the motor is, there's also a vibration sound coming from somewhere, sounds like dash but then you can hear it standing in front of the truck

How do I add a video clip on my post

 

Checked oil and looks ok just a little dark and dip stick showed it had too much oil so I drained some to where it showed half on dip stick. Started truck and knocking sound is still there, almost sounds hollow metal sound

 

Guy from ford came by and said he didn't hear anything funny or see anything that would indicate some wrong, said knocking wasn't a problem. Said to drive it and let him know if I need anything else, recommended an egr delete so guess I'll start saving!
