IPOD Touch 4th Gen, Bluetooth and Sync(Clicking Sound)

Kinda hoping someone may have a solution for this. When I play the music off my IPOD Touch 4th Gen through USB I hear a clicking sound. It isn't loud but when no music playing(between songs) or softer music you can hear it. As well when talking on the phone using bluetooth you can hear it. It is a very light clicking but consistently happens.
Any ideas what it may be?

That one would be very difficult to diagnose. If it is very noticeable I would let the dealer service department take a look at it.

Iím deaf in my right ear and have lost about half of my hear ability in my left ear so I donít enjoy music like I use to much less notice any unusual noises.
