Studs, Oil cooler, Blue Spring and....

First Time posting here, But Ive been reading threads on this site since I got my truck in 2009.So first let me just thank Everyone that contributes to the site, yall have answered many questions and help out TONS!
Now, my 05 250 (230k Miles) is about to go into the shop to have the ARP studs put in, along with new OEM Head gaskets, Checking the heads and resurfacing, an aftermarket oil cooler and the Blue Spring Update will also be done. While its in the shop should I go ahead and ask for any thing else to be done? Its All stock Except for the EGR Delete and STC's "Canned" tunes/tuner.
Also, who has a good(but relatively safe) custom tune of there. Ideally I'd like to get another 150k-200k Miles out of this truck without a complete rebuild.
Thanks in advance, any advice is helpful!

Don't use an aftermarket oil cooler, go OEM unless you are doing an oil-air set up.

Don't forget about installing the up-dated standpipes/dummy plugs and the STC fitting on the HPOP seeing as how it's an '05. Standpipe/dummy plug kit can be had for about $110, and STC runs about $41 from AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake.

The DP/SPs come with OEM head gaskets.

Updating the STC is a good idea.

The hg set only includes the stand pipes. Dummy plugs are completely separate. They're cheap tho

I'd be inclined to recommend Gearhead custom tunes. Call and ask for recommendations at Gearhead. He'll set you right, based on what you tell him when explaining what you're looking for.

If the OEM cooler is better should I even replace it if I've already had the delete done for 80k miles with out any problems from it?
Thanks for the tips! I'll make sure to get in contact with gearhead after I get the truck back!

What have your temp splits been? If they are good and not creeping up no need to change.
If you're doing a chemical flush then you will want to change it after. No need for chemical flush if all has been fine just a water flush and fill.

You would pull the engine and rear cover to replace lifters?

I do when I do it for people with higher mileage. If the cabs up, you just yank the trans out and you are right there.

Agree with every one else

OEM oil cooler. Yes I would still do it, unless it was new 50K or less mi ago.
Dummy plugs, stand pipes, STC - cheap to fix while everything is apart.
Blue Spring - definitely
Coolant filter? Good idea if it is not already on there.
Matt's tune - Gearhead - number of different options - pick your pleasure. All are safe.
Clean the turbo/rebuild with gpopshop parts?
