Call Matt or Jake at Irate Diesel, they will know.
But I'm curious, have you considered a regulated fuel return kit? With new injectors, S366 turbo, T-500 and all the other supporting mods you have done the stock fuel lines & check valves can be quite restrictive in the higher HP setting on your setup. Plus the added benefit of eliminating the "dead-head" stock fuel rails and preventing any air to pass through the injectors.

plus, it's common for that stock passenger side fuel line to wear a groove & leak at the support bracket, so keep an eye on it.
And almost forgot, make sure you use new pedestal O-rings when mounting the T-4 plate. My O-rings were only 6 months old so I thought they would be fine when I installed the T-4 mount. Well, they leaked and I had to take the turbo out again. I think they should add them to the kit since they are needed anyway. Watch the turbo drain into the old soft plug location. My O-rings were not a very tight fit and oil would build up around there as well. A little Ford Grey Silicon did the trick for me.

Could it be that because of the high flow cvd fitting it is causing the fuel line to stick out alittle more than with the stock fitting.I just went and looked at my fuel line since I have that side apart and it looks like it is a little closer to the valley but hard to tell from the top angle.

Sorry that wasn't any help but at least you already know what you problem is. Guess you'll need to bend your fuel line or get a new fuel line set up. I guess that wasn't very helpful either.

A christmas gift to all who read this,A t-4 setup does not work with a stock fuel line on an early 99 7.3,it is assumed that you will be going with a regulated return from someone other than riffraff, hopefully this saves someones time because mine got wasted and i dont appreciate it,Merry Christmas John

Going with the T-4 with a S366 is going to be a sweet set up. Having a E99 I do not plan to upgrade to a GTP38R that is not rebuildable and limited on combos. I want a T-4 since there are so many turbo combos that can be used. The S300 series has so many turbines wheels, turbine & compressor housings, compressor wheels that you can make so many combos. And from everything I have read the S366 works great with the 7.3.
So keep up the good work.
