Need some thoughts on a trailer.

I'm not sure that a good, accurate assessment of cost and time would not scare me away from hiring a mover... and then there's that laziness gene...
Now the last time I did it was when we built here in 2004,
but many moves before that for 3500 sq ft of wall to wall stuff,
3 garages and a 10x20 utility building of other 'stuff' was less than $7,000
and all we had to do was pack up the stuff we were concerned about and point to which room it went to !
Good luck, and hope to never move again !!! but we do rv, so I guess we move a LOT

We purchased a GN 34' enclosed trailer in preparation for our next move. When we moved out here from New England, it cost over $8k, and I still had to move most of my tools separately. That was 11 years ago. Now we'll be able to move all of our household stuff, tools, and our car in the trailer, and have storage once we arrive. Much cheaper than paying a moving company, and we can sell it in the future if we decide we no longer need it. I pulled it back home 300 miles over some good sized mountains empty, and got 14 MPG.
