Help! Running rough
So this morning I get up and go to work like normal. Truck is running great no issues. I stop at my place of work for a few minutes, get back in the truck turn the key just like normal wait for the wait to start light to go out and then start the truck. Whoa, it's running rough, barely chugging enough to keep running. I shut it down and try again. Same thing. Check engine light comes on while it's running, but according to my torque app it's not storing any codes in the computer.
If i turn the key but don't start it, after a minute the wait to start light will start to flicker or flash a bit. This truck has run perfect for the last year until this morning. Only difference today is that it's raining, but I've had the truck out in the rain plenty of times with no issues.
Where do I start?

I unplugged all the pigtails and looked for burnt pins and didn't find anything so i left it at that. This afternoon I after reassembling the intake I turned the key and it started right up and ran great. Not really sure what to make of it. I know it hasn't fixed itself and will probably do it again sooner than later.
I'd like to ohm everything out, but I'm not sure how to do it. I have a volt meter, but no clue how to use it.
