My parts manual only covers up to 1972 I think, but I came up with two different numbers out of it, as there evidently was two different sizes of boots, at least by my parts manuals listing, which lists the dimensions of each.
C4TZ-7513-B
and
C4TZ-7513-C
Both I see are available from NOS sources.

so bill if Im reading it right
The 1974 takes a c4tz-7513-c (13" clutch)
and my 79's take d9hz-7513-a (clark 280)
I found the one for the 74 ..they are spendy... but ordered it... I cannot seem to find the one for the 79's..is it possible they got superceeded with another number?

UPDATE
Obsolete from FORD.. still trying to locate in the aftermarket supply... nope.. ford locator-obsolete.. sterling crossover-obsolete... and the typical secondary market... not around
This ones a tuffy... none out there that I can locate...
Bill any way to see if another number crosses over other than the parts kids I was speaking with at the stealerships?.. seems to me this transmission was in 1000s of medium duties

Parts International aka NOS Parts Warehouse (Farmers Branch TX) aka Kinsel L/M (Beaumont TX).
Kinsel L/M is only listed on the D2D = Dealer to Dealer ~ Ford Dealer Parts Locating System, and only sells to dealers.
Besides Kinsel, the D2D shows that Perry Ford in National City CA has 18 & "Snake" Allen has 8.
Like I said, you ran across lying sack of dog poop parts guys...
