No.
If Passive Theft system is present, this is why your truck was not stolen.
They seem to not know that they can't start the truck by trying the same thing.
What you have is an insurance job.
There is a unit under the dash that translates the key code first, then signals the engine computer to allow starting 'in it's program'.
These two units marry each other at first installation and programming and is why they cannot just be replaced without programming and two key programmed.
So you normally have two actions that have to match before starting is allowed.
This is why it's almost impossible to defeat because of all the blocks that are built into the system design..
You most likely need dealer service to get it back working again.
Good luck.

You could get PATS-delete ECM flash to remove the Ford anti-theft system, which is a perfectly legitimate option on an old truck or when an engine is used in a project vehicle. If deleted then you could start it with any key that fits your lock. If they didn't trash the column new lock cylinders with keys are available reasonable online.
I just had my Chevy reflashed because their anti-theft system is troublesome junk designed to torture owners and annoy mechanics. 75 bucks and postage, including rear O2 sensor delete.

You can still have anti theft using different methods, such as tripping the fuel pump inertia switch if you have to park in a sketchy neighborhood. My bud removed the fuel pump fuse from his workshop tow truck. We replaced several steering columns over the years but the truck never got swiped.

Who wants to steal a tow truck? yeesh
A thief can swap the bed over to a clean truck or use a wrecker to steal more vehicles. As anyone who has done repos knows, alarms mean jack and you can back under a vehicle and drag it down the street with the rear wheels locked and tires smoking (handy to get repos off property quickly, obviously the next move is to tow it properly once clear of private property) without anyone calling it in.
