Fuel bowl heater shorted out. No start

I have a 1997 f350 and on my way to work the truck dies. I found that the 30 amp fuse for the fuel bowl was blown so I unplugged the connector by the passenger side of the fuel bowl. Now my wait to start light will come on but no check engine light. So it seems that my PCM is not getting power. Any idea where to start? Thanks!!

The fuel bowl heater connector is on the drivers side of the bowl, second from top. The connector on passenger side of bowl is "other" sensors. If you have a "WTS" light then PCM has power.
