How is the PS pulley lining up with the crank pulley? I had a water pump hub work it's way out, and that caused the belt to cut one rib off itself.

I had a bad bearing in an AC clutch do this. Never did find it until the bearing sized and broke the front of the AC pump.

I'll double check tonight but I think the PS pulley was the only one that seemed out of line.

In that picture I posted, did it look like the belt was starting out too far to the rear on the WP pulley to you?

The belt looks to be riding towards the rear of the WP pulley, in the pic. I can't say if it is riding to far back though.

My napa belts last about a year before they start to squeek. I replace them and its gone for another 12 months.. Drove me crazy trying to figure it out at first because I thought it inconceivable that it'd be the belt after such a short ammount of time.. I do have the sd dual tensioner mod tho which seems to put a hell of a lot of tension on that belt..

Take a piece of rough sandpaper and rough up the smooth side of the belt by touching it to belt while truck is running.

DO NOT stick your hand in the fan!!!!

If the squeak goes away you found your problem.
