Window and lock issues

I am posting for a friend who has a 99 f150 with the 5.4 She is having an issue with here windows and locks not working. She was told by firestone that it was the master window switch. So she purchased the part and I installed it for her. Everything worked when I left. Well she called again last night and the locks only make a clicking noise and only the drivers window moves. Is there a fuse or relay that must also be replaced?

Get yourself a jumper wire, take off the door panel, and add a direct ground from inside the door panel to a good clean ground up under the dash or under the hood. See if that allows everything to work again. My truck drove me CRAZY until I realized the grounds were getting weak between the door panels and the main part of the truck. I bought switches, a relay, and a window motor before I finally figured it out. It was a lesson learned.
