Power window and door locks

I have a 99 EB Expy. the other day I was driving home and rolled down my drivers side window. It would not roll back up. All other windows don't work either. I have no window controls via my drivers side control panel or the others. My power locks went about 6 months ago as well. I tried a new control panel on the drivers side. Did not fix the problem. Stumped. Any suggestions?

Bad relay, bad circuit breaker, broken wire? What else have you checked out?

I can hear a relay clicking in the fuse box when I push the down button on the drivers window, but that's it.

Can these regulators be put back up manually? I shattered the glass in mine trying to get it back up. I just got a new window and was wondering.

In a pinch I've used a jump-start battery pack and applied power directly to the window motor connector to get it to go up. Reversing the leads turns the motor in the opposite direction, which allows you to run the window up or down.
