Happy with mine.

I think Benny did brew his own.

It's really a simple device to make.

Got mine hooked in, only issue I would bring to your attention is this: the smaller hose clamps are still too big for the return line to the degass bottle. I would suggest you have some proper sized hose clamps on hand. Mine was good for a couple days, but then started leaking. Easy fix with some smaller clamps.

x2....two .50cent clamps corrected the problem.

x3 on the hose clamps. Mine was leaking and spraying coolant. The small clamps for the brass tee fitting they ship with it are way too big. When you tighten it down, it turns into a football shape. The only way I found it was with a cooling system pressure tester. Everything else is top notch.

I like my sinister. Been Ina year or so, no issues. I like to use the fuel line clamps instead of the old style worm clamps whenever I can. Don't forget to put some lube on the filter seal so it come off easily went it's time to change it.

Thanks All. Good tips. I was thinking about the EGR delete but I think I will Pass on that. I have heard about the cost of making the delete work properly, (tuning etc). All I want to do is make my PSD last another 100K and the addition of this filter system will surly help remove contaminants from the cooling system. Im half way done the injector seals, should be done today, In a previous post I mentioned that the stand pipes and dummies, and STC fitting.
The only issue is the Blue smoke. If my turbo checks out ok, and it should, only 20k on it, I will have to live with the blue until it gets bad then ...??
Oh another addition I got in the mail is Auto Enginuity from Riffraff. Plugged it in and looks like a very worth while tool once I get used to it.

Don't know if you bought the coolant filter set-up yet, but XDP has the same one but with more hoses included (at least when I checked) and the price was cheaper. They almost always have some sort of sale going, but usually holidays (like this weekend) will be the highest discounts. Extremely clean install and no cutting of stock hoses with the XDP kit...

Just another option for ya'....
