Good luck finding one to fit the hole. I wasn't able to last year when I restored my Crew Cab. I found some speakers that were slightly smaller (4x6, I think). I took a die grinder and cut the metal frame of the OEM speaker to fit around the after-market speaker. Dropped the new speaker into that, installed it in the dash. Works fine. I've done two that way so far.
LMC sells a dual-voice speaker coil in a 5x7. While dual-voice coil speakers certainly don't over-perform, I've been pleased with them in other applications. If I wanted forward stereo speakers and I didn't want to put anything in the doors, I'd go with a dual-voice coil speaker for the dash.
