old cowboy downunder

Finally found someone with gear to diagnose problems with my 6.0l 2003 F350 Super duty, they came up with the following report which means nothing to an old cowboy used to changing spark plugs and setting points , so I need someone to interpret this for me.
B1201 HEC fuel guage sender open circuit on short to ground.
P006A PCM MAP Mass on volume air flow correlation.
POO69 PCM MAP Barometric pressure correlation.
PO236 PCM Turbo charger boost sensor A
PO278 PCM Cylinder 6 contribution / balance
PO401 PCM EGR Deleted
PO528 Cooling fan speed sensor no single.
PO683 PCM Glow plug control module communication fault.
P132BTurbo boost control A.
P2285 Injection control pressure sensor low.
P1871 Passenger air bag disable module
p1933 Airbag passenger circuit open.
I realize some of these are not life threatening to my engine but hope that someone can tell me which ones are and what I should do as I can find no one downunder that knows much about the 6.0l . Motor has had EGR deleted and ARP studs fitted .

You have a lot going on there ........

You need to buy a scantool that can read the PCM values for the majore engine parameters. If you have an iphone or an Android they have apps for the (TorqueAPP and DashBoss). Otherwise you can get a scangaugeII.

Make sure your batteries are fully charged and pass a load test individually.

Then I would inspect the wiring on the fuel level sending unit (it may need replacing).

Check the fan clutch wiring

Check the ICP wiring (it is under the Turbo)

Compare the MAP and BARO values at KOEO to see which one is reading off.

You'll have to find a more sophisticated code reader for the transmission codes mentioned in your other thread.

What kind of running issues are you experiencing?

To add to what the other guys have said, here is a wire chafe PDF from the tech folder that shows some common wire harness chafe points, https://www.ford-trucks.com/ford-man...re_chafing.pdf One of the places I found my harness chafing is where the main harness goes under the air filter.

with that many codes it is possible you have a bad ground as the computer provides ground to all these circuits.also with multiple codes record them then clear them amd deal with the first one then recheck. good luck

Note: This one seems a bit odd, but try it out and let me know if you need finer resolution. This one will go by whole numbers, but the range is something like +/- 32 Volts which seems weird for a sensor – they’re usually 0-5 volts
