Looking for the best 6.0 EGR Delete kit.

Go through this again? Do you just want to make sure you do it right, or did you manage to trash another delete? Respect if it's the first, but if it's the second I want to see how you killed the last kit!
Three main options: stealth, cheap, and IPR.
Stealth delete is called that just because it looks untouched when you're done. You remove the EGR cooler, and using either freeze plugs (cheap) or TIG welded block off plates (best) you seal the EGR cooler. Remove the scoop from the up-pipe if present, and reinstall everything. This is more important for people who live in places with a visual inspection but who can still get by with writing it out of the PCM tuning. Plus it's probably the cheapest overall, you already have all the parts right there, you just need a couple bucks of freeze plugs and some time.
All the "cheap" kits are roughly the same. New up-pipe with no flange, u-shaped tube from oil cooler to intake manifold, piece of hose to seal it up and you're done. Pick the one you think is the prettiest, I imagine this kind of kit is hard to mess up. Some companies have a one-piece fitting that goes into the manifold (Sinister, PMM), some have a two piece setup (Elite Diesel), it's whatever you want. You have two holes to seal, and if neither leak it doesn't really matter how it was plugged up.
Option 3 is IPR research, they sell an aluminum part that goes directly from the oil cooler to the intake; no odd looking u shaped pipe, no hose to leak, and no issues with using a non-Ford hose on the output from the oil cooler.
Depending on the year you might need a tuner to turn off the CEL. SCT does this, just one more reason it's the preferred tuner for 6.0Ls around here.
Side note, no matter which way you go leave the valve in place and plugged in instead of using the block off plate. On later years removing the valve causes issues with the cooling fan not working correctly. Remove and clean the valve, and just leave it in place instead of using the valve block off plate that comes with most kits.

I'm looking into the IPR Gen 2. If not that, then probably the Sinister.

and donttake it the wrong way im just saying ever year or so our trucks are getting more and more "pollution friendly" and WE all complain aboutit yet we still remove parts that is illeage to do so, polluts more and when compaines find out the next gen of trucks get more and more "pollution" advanced and make it harder for us to UPGRADE

so replacing the stock junk unit with a aftermarket one that actually works is no good? And my option keeps the intended purpose of the cooler, fixs the problems with one that wont clog up and doesnt make it ILLEAGE in the US which all of your suggestions does.....
The EGR cooler is not what plugs up. An EGR cooler can't leak if it isn't there. The legality of a delete is not the discussion here.
