Just a questions:

Can the TPS suddenly prevent the truck from starting and causing the symptoms I see?

Looks like the whole TB will have to come off to replact the TPS?

If the computer thinks you are at WOT it will not fire the injectors while cranking.

The codes you posted seem like just the KOEO electrical ballpark test.
Maybe you have more codes in Computer Memory (CM) that will tell you more about what is wrong if you have not disconnected the battery.
