Flywheel Ring Gear

I have a 1987 Ford Ranger 4x4 with a 2.9 V-6 engine and a 5-speed manual transmission,and I bought a new Ring Gear for my flywheel,and I was trying to see if anyone knows how is the best way to put the new Ring Gear back on the Flywheel????
