Automatic transmission fluid change

I was thinking of getting my automatic transmission fluid changed today but I wasn't sure if my trucks transmission liked dealership fluids better. I had an 03 S2000 and any other transmission fluid besides Hondas caused harsher shifts.

I am not sure what transmission I have. It's a 95 f350 4x2 7.5l

You have the E4OD. It takes Dex/Merc or Mercon II or III. Your dipstick should say.

E4OD's originally used Mercon ATF but that formula has been discontinued and now you need to use Mercon V.
