please help identify

hi, I have seen this truck, but not sure year or model. it is either an f 250 or 350. mid 90's-ish grille and body. 4 wheel drive, crew cab (four full doors) and a short bed, 6 feet? anyone know about this model? thanks.

If it's a short bed crew cab it had to have been either a 96 or 97 and it would be an F250, all the F350 crew cabs had long beds.
