my passenger side seat rattles. upon closer inspection, it appears the tracks are wore out.
anyone know where I can obtain a new one? I checked the yards to no avail.

Salvage yards are about it, I'm sure they are obsolete in the parts world.. There "might" be some NOS available.

Bucket seat? What type of cab? I may be able to help you, otherwise, check eBay.

You could just weld inside the rails so the seat won't move. Kind of a quick and permanent fix but would work.

bucket seats - extended cab
the idea of welding it doesnt work too well as the dogs get in/out through that side frequently.

Ohh ok you have the same set-up as me then. I actually have the exact same rattle and was thinking of taking it apart and trying to fix it.

You could swap in a bench, the one in my F250 folds in at an angle for back seat entrance. But Id prefer buckets, currently looking for some tan ones for my truck. Otherwise, the welding trick would work as a temporary fix! Good Luck!

pretty sure you have to get a bench out of another supercab. so you get one with tracks that are long enough.

Yep, its gotta be a supercab. Tried putting Lariat seats out of my 90' standard cab in my 93' xl supercab. No go.

Okay then, I do have a spare set of tracks (or just passenger side) I'd let go reasonably. Drop me a line if interested.
