found these to replace my destroyed ones.

Wow! There's gotta be a way to fab something up from some spacers and steel washers. $285.00 for that is just insane. Those are Ferrari prices...

Ebay has them for $80. I didn't look very hard so there may be someone cheaper on there. Try Amazon also.

What exactly are you looking for. The bushings, the bolts and hardware, both, neither???? Your link kinda looks like plates and bolts. Franklin was linking the bushings.

It's the top and bottom piece that holds the bushings on.
I don't need the bolts and I already have new bushings.

Check out LMC Truck. They have the individual components, the bolt, washers, and retainers, as well as bushing kits. The steel components will run about $100 for what you will need. I just received my cab mount bushings whcih I purchased from Summit Racing for $75 plus shipping. I saved my old mounts so I didn't have to track down the metal portions, but LMC Truck is a good place to find those odd, vehicle specific pieces.

Hopefully, that helps.
