remove lightbulb

i need to know if i can remove the light bulb for the flat tire light, it has gotten colder here in Phoenix, AZ and i dont need the damn bulb on. can i remove the bulb and call it good?.

Why not inflate the tire? That will turn the light off also

it should have to go off with only 2-3 lbs low, i have driven long enuf without this modern crap telling me when to inflate my tires

I would assume that you can pull the dash and remove the bulb then reassemble the dash and hope that there are no squeaks that develop.
Or you can simply PUT SOME AIR IN YOUR TIRES!

I agree, sure is a lot of work to pull the dash...might be easier to inflate the tires with a hand pump for a bicycle rather than pulling the dash.

I'm with these guys...just inflate the tires.

Agreed... why on earth would remove the bulb when you can just pump up the tires at home or if you don't have a compressor stop at any gas station and pay 25 cents to use their air pump.

Cover the icon with black electrical tape as viewed from

Driving position, a happy face sticker would work too.

Putting air in the tire takes all the fun out of it.

Air in the tire, geez.
