Remove the screws that are next to the clear plastic lens and remove that black plastic piece, then remove the visible screws that hold the instruments in. Be carefull with the Auto-trans indicator, it disconnects easily but appears fragile to me.

But does the dash its self just pull off and is it just held in by clips or screws
98. I figured it. but am held up around the headlight switch. I do not want to pull to hard and break it.
Headlight switch removal, from memory: Turn headlight switch **** to far right and pull out. Insert small screwdriver tip under the **** to release the ****. Now install the **** on the switch 180 degrees out and push it in, then rotate the **** to the right and hold. This will release the "hold-in clips" , now pull outward on the switch assembly. Unplug electrical connector. Re-install is reverse of removal.
